From here you can visit the different departments of the Wound Products factory, but first we'd like to provide you with some background to the company.
We have more than 50 years experience in specialised wound product technology of assured quality to BS 9000 and BS EN ISO 9001. Our factory covers 11,000 sq ft, we employ 85 people and turnover £1.7M pa.
We manufacture to exceptionally high standards, and are able to meet very competitive price and production deadline criteria.
Our design engineering, and research & development expertise keep us in the lead of transformer technology, and we have the manufacturing expertise essential to continuous high volume production, and small batch runs.
Our major markets are for the Ministry of Defence - communications and weapon control systems, and in Telecommunications - public and private switching, and key systems.
